- Pumpkin400 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Bacon50 g
- Gorgonzola (optional)30 g
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes and let it boil
- When the pumpkin gets wet, mix it with cream (and gorgonzola if you have it) and make a puree.
- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it.
- Fry the meat in a skillet
- Fry the egg. When ready, serve it over the meat, with the mashed potatoes and bacon on the side. Enjoy your food !
