  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Green Chili1 unit(s)
  • Tomato3 unit(s)
  • Bacon30 g
  • Green Smell, Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • lard3 tablespoon
  • French Bread6 unit(s)
  1. Place a pan over medium heat and add the lard and bacon to brown, then the crushed garlic clove and diced onion to brown. Then put the ground meat and let it braise.
  2. When the meat is braised, you can put the green pepper in cubes and mix. After a minute put the tomato in cubes to sauté. For another 5 minutes.
  3. Turn off the fire. You can cut the French bread in half or stuff it whole. Serve warm and on time.
