- Raw Couscous500 g
- Ground beef1 kg
- Diced Tomatoes200 g
- Chopped Onion100 g
- Sliced chives100 g
- Tomato sauce200 g
- Salt to taste20 g
- Eggs250 g
- Oregano2 g
- Add water to the couscous dough and let it rest for 5 minutes until it is loose but still moist. Place in the couscous pan and cook for 20 minutes.
- Sauté the onion and garlic, add the ground beef and stir until it becomes loose. Add the oregano and salt. Let all water dry. Put the tomato sauce.
- Add the diced tomatoes and add chives for flavor. Turn off and book.
- Fry the eggs
- Take a ramekin put the cooked couscous and boleie, put it in the middle of the plate. Place the ground beef around it and place the egg on top of the couscous. Finish with lots of chives on top.
