- Beef drumstick cut into large cubes500 g
- Pieces of cassava/cassava cooked al dente2 cup
- Tomato sauce2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Chopped green onion to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Hot water1 cup
- Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and brown the meat cubes well.
- Add garlic and onion and sauté.
- Add the tomato sauce and water, salt and mix. Close the pressure cooker.
- Let cook for 20 minutes after you get pressure.
- Check if the meat is already soft, if it is, add the cassava and mix.
- Cook for about 10 minutes and add more water if needed.
- Adjust the salt and finish with the onion.
