- Onion to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut, put to cook
- While the potatoes are cooking, let's start preparing the jerky.
- Crush the garlic and cut the onion
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion with oil. Then add the ground beef and let it sear.
- When the ground beef is sealed, add the green smell and salt to taste.
- Let the ground beef water dry a little and add the tomato sauce
- Do not add too much sauce, as this will interfere with the assembly of the escondidinho.
- One stays: you can also add some paprika and soy sauce if you like. It's a delight.
- Wait for the sauce to dry a little, but don't overdo it. Then turn off the fire
- Let's prepare the potatoes
- Start by mashing the potatoes as if you were going to make a puree, add the melted butter and salt to taste.
- Then add the cream and mix until well combined.
- Now let's start the assembly
- Grease a mold with olive oil, then make a generous layer with the prepared puree.
- Then add the ground beef.
- Make the last layer with the remaining puree, and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 230 degrees for 30 minutes maximum
