- 2 bay leaves to taste
- Coriander bunch1 to taste
- bunch of parsley1 to taste
- Bundle of Chives1 to taste
- Ripe large tomato1 to taste
- Red onions or regular medium2 to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Place the meat already seasoned with garlic and bay leaves in the pan.
- Blend all seasonings in a blender with 10ml of water
- After, put the liquid in the pan along with the meats you want and let it sauté for 10 min.
- Then add the beans (which must be soaking for at least 12 hours) and let it cook for another 5 minutes, enjoy and adjust the salt (I normally don't add salt)
- Cover the pressure cooker and let it cook until the beans are to your liking (here I cook for about 15 to 20 minutes)
- And it's ready, just serve it with that white rice and a green tomato salad and enjoy!
