- Pork shank2 kg
- Water1 cup
- White wine1 cup
- Garlic head1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt2 tablespoon
- Pepperoni or black pepper1 teaspoon
- Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
- In the blender, put all the spices and liquids and beat for 1 min.
- In a pot, place the whole piece of shank and pour the marinade over it. Leave it in the fridge, turning the piece from time to time, until it's time to bake.
- Take it to bake (using only part of this marinade) wrapped in aluminum foil for 1 hour and a half, take advantage and put potatoes together and some sprigs of rosemary. Bake until golden after removing the foil. Tip: you can use it in other swine parts.
