- 2 tablespoons of chives - chopped green2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, season the steaks with lemon juice, garlic and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the steaks, browning on both sides. Add the onion, tomato sauce , wine and water. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, place on a platter and sprinkle with the parsley. Serve with mashed potatoes.
