Em uma tigela misture bem todos os ingredientes junto com a farinha de rosca ,faça os kaftas e coloque  nos Espetos ,molde bem então  coloque  no freezer por uma hora, coloque  o forno para aquecer a 180°C por 10 minutos 
Asse por 40 minutos ( receita de forno)
