- Soybean oil3 tablespoon
- Cut the vegetables into the shape of your choice.
- Brush the vegetables with olive oil and season well, rubbing so that the seasoning takes over all the ingredients.
- Put the sausage to bake along with the vegetables.
- Cut the cucumber.
- Fry the egg.
- Place in the Air Fryer basket and bake at 190º for 10 minutes.
- Remove the basket, stir the vegetables and place again to bake for another 10 minutes.
- They are dry and crispy, good appetite!
