- Wheat for kibbeh450 g
- Chopped Onions2 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Dehydrated Parsley to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Pot of Cottage Cheese1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese600 g
- Soak the wheat for kibbeh in cold water for 30 minutes (for each cup of wheat, 1 cup of water). Remove and squeeze to get all the water out.
- In a bowl, mix well the hydrated wheat with the tomato, the ground meat, the onion, the garlic, the dehydrated parsley, the black pepper and the salt to taste.
- In a refractory, grease with oil, put half of the kibbeh dough, squeezing in the shape, so that it is uniform.
- Put half the cheese, spread the cheese over the slices and cover again with cheese, finishing with the rest of the dough covering all the stuffing.
- Bake in a moderate oven (200°C) for 25 minutes or until golden.
