- Orange juice500 ml
- White wine250 ml
- Thyme1 tablespoon
- Lemon (juice)1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves7 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped mint leaves10 unit(s)
- Mix orange juice, wine, thyme, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and mint.
- Rub the seasonings into the meat.
- Let the ham marinate for at least 12 hours in the fridge, turning occasionally.
- Place the ham, in a roast with all the seasonings.
- Take the ham to the oven preheated to 230 and let it bake for 30 min.
- Lower the oven temperature to 200, and bake for another 50 minutes.
- If necessary, add a little water, in the roast with the ham, during cooking so as not to burn the sauce.
- Remove
- Serve hot with the meat sauce.
- To accompany, serve with red wine.
- Enjoy without moderation! 😁
