- Dry white or red wine200 ml
- Black pepper or pepperoni to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Season the ham with all the ingredients. Garlic and onion grated or beaten. Pierce the ham with a knife and leave to marinate in the fridge in a plastic bag or container with a lid. I let it marinate for about 24 hours. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on the grill for approximately 30 minutes on each side, then remove the aluminum foil and let it brown.
