- Cut the liver into strips, season with cumin, salt, and garlic and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Fry the liver quickly in the oil and set aside.
- In a pan, put the tomato sauce, onion, tomato, knor, sazon, pepper and water.
- When it starts boiling, put the liver and the green smell and let it boil for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with rice
