Beef liver

Corte o fígado em tirinhas,e tempere com sal e alho.

Em uma frigideira coloque o óleo e leve ao fogo.

Coloque o fígado e tampe a panela,mexendo em vez em quanto.

Quando o fígado estiver no ponto acrescente a cebola e o pimentão,espere até a cebola cozinhar e desligue o fogo.
