Lave o seu fígado como preferir,amasse o alho já com o sal e adicione e deixe descansar um pouquinho no alho,leve a frigideira ao fogo com óleo,deixe o olho esquentar um pouquinho,adicione o fígado,deixe secar a água de um lado,depois vire e deixe secar do outro,adicione a cebola cortada em rodelas e deixe frita e pronto fica uma delícia
