  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil1/4 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  1. Place the liver in a pan.
  2. Add all the seasonings and mix well to let it taste.
  3. Add the oil in a frying pan, allowing the oil to heat up and place the liver.
  4. When the liver is almost fried, add the sliced onion and let it all fry together.
  5. Now just take it out.
