- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil1/4 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Place the liver in a pan.
- Add all the seasonings and mix well to let it taste.
- Add the oil in a frying pan, allowing the oil to heat up and place the liver.
- When the liver is almost fried, add the sliced onion and let it all fry together.
- Now just take it out.
