- Take the liver, cut it into medium pieces, then place it in a bowl and add a little hot water to remove the pieces that remain in the liver.
- Then add salt, pepper, garlic and a little vinegar and rest for 3 minutes.
- Heat the oil and add the pieces of liver to the pan and then, when ready, place the onions and sliced onions on top and cover.
- Stir well after 10 minutes turn off the heat and serve yourself.
