- Beef liver steak1 kg

- Black pepper1 to taste
- Color1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Oil1 can(s)
- You take the liver and you take that skin off it, cut it for steak.
- Once cut, season with coloral and black pepper and salt of your choice. Don't forget to add a little oil so it can be very malleable when stirring and getting the seasoning well.
- After that, you put the skillet to heat up with oil and put the steaks. Fry them all and remove to eliminate that water.
- After all the steaks are done, you will start frying them all according to your preference.
- Finished frying, you will place the onion cut into slices on top of the steak and leave it for 1 minute and it's ready.
