- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chimi Churri1 tablespoon
- Colorau1 teaspoon
- Bay leaves to taste
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Season the meat with salt and pepper. Put oil in the heated pan and brown the meat.
- Add all seasonings and cover with hot water. Cover and cook for 40 minutes or until meat is tender.
- Remove the meat from the pan and wait for it to cool before slicing.
- Beat the meat broth in the blender with the corn starch and bring to the fire, always stirring until it thickens.
- Place the sliced meat on a platter and spread the sauce over it and serve.
