- Coriander (chopped)1 unit(s)
- Garlic and salt1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce4 tablespoon
- Beef Sazon2 unit(s)
- Wash and drain the minced meat well
- Place in a plastic bowl, along with all the chopped spices.
- Add the sazon, shoyo and garlic and salt, mix well and set aside for 15 minutes to get flavor.
- Make balls and place in your airfryer for 35 minutes until baked, golden and ready.
