- Palm oil30 ml

- Salt to taste
- Cut the meat into cubes and season to your liking, with garlic, Cumin and salt.
- In the pressure cooker, cook the cassava, leaving it very soft.
- After the cold cassava, put 1 can of coconut milk in the blender and gradually beat using the pulsar, until everything is blended. Note: You can mash the cassava too.
- Heat the olive oil together with the palm oil and put the onion, leave it until golden, then wrap the seasoned meat until it fry and add the peppers.
- After frying, add the manioc and the other can of coconut milk, letting it cook for 5 minutes. Always stirring so the bottom doesn't stick. If you want a little more color, add a little more palm powder.
- Finish with the chopped tomatoes, along with the green seasoning.
