  • Ground beef 1 time1 kg
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • French bread soaked in water1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Salt15 g
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Green smell3 tablespoon
  • Diced Mozzarella200 g
  • Milk200 ml
  • Wheat Flour200 g
  • Breadcrumbs250 g
  • Oil0 to taste
  1. Add all ingredients (except milk, wheat flour, breadcrumbs and cheese) and mix well until smooth.
  2. Grease your hands with oil and mold the discs filling with Mozzarella cubes.
  3. Coat with wheat flour, milk and breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry by immersion in hot oil.
  5. Serve warm with pepper sauce.
