- French bread soaked in water1 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- Salt15 g
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Green smell3 tablespoon
- Diced Mozzarella200 g
- Milk200 ml
- Wheat Flour200 g
- Breadcrumbs250 g
- Oil0 to taste
- Add all ingredients (except milk, wheat flour, breadcrumbs and cheese) and mix well until smooth.
- Grease your hands with oil and mold the discs filling with Mozzarella cubes.
- Coat with wheat flour, milk and breadcrumbs.
- Fry by immersion in hot oil.
- Serve warm with pepper sauce.
