- Stale French Bread1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Diced Parmesan10 unit(s)
- Chopped dried tomatoes5 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Place the meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Soak the bread in a little water so that it softens well.
- Add the bread to the meat and mix well.
- Make balls with the meat, and with your finger make a hole in the center of the ball. Put the cheese and a piece of dried tomato and close.
- Place the dumplings on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in the oven or in the airfryer until golden brown!
