Meat escalopes with potato cream

- Beef escalopes400 g
- Fresh Sliced Mushrooms1 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Boiled Potatoes4 cup
- Whole milk1 cup
- Chopped Chives1/4 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1/3 cup
- Season the meat escalopes with salt and pepper and grill on both sides in a heated frying pan with olive oil. Reserve.
- In the same skillet, sauté the garlic and onion, add the mushrooms, salt and mix, sauté until wilted. Reserve.
- In a blender add the potatoes, milk, salt, pepper and chives. Beat until you get a homogeneous cream.
- In a dish that can go in the oven, place the meat escalopes, cover with the mushroom sauce.
- Then add the cream of potatoes and finish with the grated parmesan.
- Take to preheated oven 200ÂșC to bake for about 15-20 minutes.
