Pegue uma frigideira, adicione azeite de oliva, esquente e ponha a carne.

Take a frying pan, add olive oil, heat it up and add the meat.

Adicione açafrão, cominho, pimenta e sal. Frite e doure os bifes de carne para cozinhar totalmente, chegando ao ponto bem passado. Depois retire do fogo e sirva.

Add turmeric, cumin, pepper and salt. Fry and brown the beef steaks until fully cooked, reaching well-done. Then remove from heat and serve.
