- Ground beef500 g
- Wheat for hydrated kibbeh3 cup
- Chopped Onion1 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Chopped mint leaf30 unit(s)
- Chopped Green Spice1/4 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Soybean oil to taste
- Blend all ingredients (except oil) in a food processor until smooth. (Debt in 2 parts if it doesn't fit)
- Model the kibbehs in the size and shape of your choice. Reserve.
- Heat the oil and a pan and fry the kibbeh little by little.
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels and serve immediately.
