  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Wheat for hydrated kibbeh3 cup
  • Chopped Onion1 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Chopped mint leaf30 unit(s)
  • Chopped Green Spice1/4 cup
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Soybean oil to taste
  1. Blend all ingredients (except oil) in a food processor until smooth. (Debt in 2 parts if it doesn't fit)
  2. Model the kibbehs in the size and shape of your choice. Reserve.
  3. Heat the oil and a pan and fry the kibbeh little by little.
  4. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels and serve immediately.
