- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Ground beef500 g
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Dehydrated Parsley1 tablespoon
- Dried chives1 tablespoon
- paprika1 teaspoon
- Coriander1/2 teaspoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Mashed Potato (see below) to taste
- Melt the butter (it's really little, the meat will release fat, so don't use too much) put the onion, garlic, carrot, all chopped, and seasonings. Leave the pan covered until the onion is very soft.
- Add the meat and let it cook well. If it's too dry, add 50ml of water or vegetable stock (recipe on my profile). Or use the seeds of a tomato - when I use a tomato and I don't want the seeds, I keep it in the freezer in a jar and then use it here on the meat, so it doesn't get too dry. 😉
- While the meat is cooking, prepare the mashed potatoes - see fears on my profile.
- On a platter, place the meat and cover with mashed potatoes. Top with grated parmesan, as much as you like.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 to 40 minutes, until the cheese is melted. If you have a grill function in the oven, use for 3 to 5 minutes.
