- Tomatoes without seeds, chopped2 unit(s)
- Quino1/2 unit(s)
- Black Pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- In a bowl, season the meat with seasoning, black pepper and salt to taste.
- In the pressure cooker add oil, garlic and onion; then add the tomatoes and meat and quinoa broth.
- Then add 500 ml of water to cook. AFTER the pressure, I marked the clock for 20 minutes and turn off the heat.
