- lard1 tablespoon
- Put the lard 1/2 spoon, pressure cooker, scream the meat, put the potatoes, salt and water. Close the pan and leave for 20 minutes after pressure.
- Switch off after 20 minutes and allow all pressure to release.
- In another pan, place the other half of the lard spoon, fry the onion and tomato, place the meat, potatoes, half a glass of water and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
- After, turn off and put the green seasoning and that's it.
