- Milk2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Ground beef200 g
- Mozzarella100 g
- Tomato sauce100 ml
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Fry the ground beef until dry. Reserve.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, flour and a pinch of salt. It will form a liquid mass.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and add a little of the dough until it forms a very thin disc.
- Over low heat, heat the dough disc until it solidifies. Turn with a spatula.
- Make several discs and set aside until cool.
- Spread a little tomato sauce (recipe already published) on the bottom of an oven-proof dish.
- Take one of the cold discs and place a slice of cheese and some of the meat on it. Roll up the dough and place on a platter with sauce.
- Repeat the process until the dish is full.
- Cover the pancakes with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- Serve as you prefer.
- The dough accepts all savory fillings, such as ground beef, shredded beef, chicken with catupiry, pepperoni, spinach, bacon. Use your creativity.
- You can also use white sauce or mix it with tomato sauce to form a rosé sauce.
