- Bacon500 g
- Ham400 g
- Mozzarella500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Season the meat with salt and pepper. Include the cilantro, onion and garlic. Mix everything. Spread over the cling film. Stuff with ham and mozzarella. Roll up like a swiss roll.
