- Cottage cheese200 g
- Shredded Mozzarella150 g

- Milk120 ml
- Oats100 g
- Mix 3 eggs, 120 milliliters of milk, 100 grams of oat flakes in a bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After this time, add 1 kilo of ground beef, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and mix well with your hands.
- In another bowl, place 200 grams of grated fresh ricotta, 200 grams of cottage cheese, 150 grams of grated carrot mozzarella salt and pepper and mix well until it forms a delicious creaminess 😋
- Divide the seasoned ground beef into two equal portions. Each portion open between 2 plastic bags, forming a rectangle. Distribute half of the ricotta cream with carrots and roll the meat into a roulade, squeezing the ends well.
- Do the same with the other portion of ground beef. Place the swiss rolls on a lightly oiled baking sheet, drizzle 1 tsp of oil over the swiss rolls and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Remove the meat roulade from the oven, then serve it with salad, or even this sautéed carrot Cream of Corn a white rice delicious 😋
