- Onion Cream3 tablespoon
- Black Pepper1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Dry White Wine30 ml
- Mustard50 ml
- Milk Cream2 tablespoon
- Season the meat with bacon cut into small cubes, salt, pepper, cream of onion and coriander and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
- Place the plastic film on a countertop and roll it up until it is completely closed, then take the platter line it with aluminum foil (avoids sticking) and place the meat, I usually place paper over the meat for about 10 minutes to cook inside and then remove it and let it bake for another 20 min
- While the meat is roasting let's go to the sauce, put the cream, mustard and dry white wine and mix until they are homogeneous, (I also put parmesan cheese), because I like the taste.
