- Smoked Paparica to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Ham250 g
- Mozzarella250 g
- Tomato to taste
- Sliced Bacon200 g
- Whole garlic to taste
- Basil to taste
- In a bowl, place the ground beef, seasonings, onion cream and mix everything together. Open a plastic film on a surface and arrange the meat, spreading it out. Come putting slices of ham, mozzarella and tomatoes.
- Once that's done, start rolling the roulade, with the help of the plastic itself. After rolling, interlace the bacon slices as in the photo. Arrange in a shape, place tomatoes, garlic and basil around and drizzle with oil. Take it to the preheated oven for three and a half hours (the one in the photo stayed that time). And ready
