Tempero os cubos de carne a gosto,preferência tempero frescos e natural,de uma boa selada na carne em uma panela,adicione as ervas e o loro os tomates sem sementes e cortados,água para cobrir o carne   passe para uma panela de pressão e deixe por uns 40 minutos ,abra a panela e verifique se está macia ,adicione os legumes cortados deixe por uns 5 minutos na pressão,abra a panela e acrescente o cheiro verde e está pronto pra servir, acompanhe com arroz e feijão ou uma farofinha.
