Meat Strips with Cheese Cream

- rump strips800 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
- Baked cream cheese3 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
- Garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Mozzarella50 g
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Season the meat with 2 crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper and olive oil. Leave out of the fridge for 20 minutes to get seasoning.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter on a grill and add half a sliced onion. Refo until they wither.
- Add the baits and meat little by little to seal the meat.
- When they are well browned, transfer only the meat to a platter.
- On the same grill, to enjoy the flavor of the meat, add the bakeable cottage cheese, the cream, the grated parmesan and the mozzarella. Season with a pinch of salt and sweet paprika. Keep scraping the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon, to get the flavor of the meat crusts.
- Throw over the meat baits and splash green smell.
