- Ground Beef350 g
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
- Chopped Boiled Egg2 unit(s)
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground Cumin1 coffee spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the paprika and mix until it dissolves well.
- Add the ground beef and stir to break up the lumps. Season with salt, pepper and cumin.
- After the meat is well cooked and dry, turn off the heat and add the chives and eggs and mix.
- Once the filling is cold, use it in your favorite pastry doughs.
