- A Pinch of Rosemary1 to taste

- After cleaning the gherkin, cook it in a pan with water and a little salt. In the pressure cooker, with a spoon of butter, sauté a clove of garlic and half the onion, add some seasonings of your choice, then add the meat on top, letting it fry for a few minutes, after that add the water covering the meat and let it cook for 15 minutes after you get the pressure, in another pan, with a spoon of butter, sauté the garlic and onion, add a pinch of sugar, rosemary and nutmeg, add the chopped pineapple, let it fry a little . In the pressure cooker, add the gherkin along with the cooked meat and let it cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, finally add the mixture with the leek and pineapple to the meat with gherkin.
