Meat with gorgonzola sauce

Corte a carne em tirinhas e tempere com sal e pimenta

Cut the meat into strips and season with salt and pepper.

Numa frigideira com azeite, adicione a carne e quando estiver dourada dos dois lados acrescente a cebola e o alho. Quando estiverem transparentes, acrescente o gorgonzola até derreter 

In a skillet with oil, add the meat and when it is browned on both sides, add the onion and garlic. When they are transparent, add the gorgonzola until melted.

Após derretido o gorgonzola, adicione o creme de leite e mexa até ficar homogêneo. 


After melting the gorgonzola, add the cream and stir until smooth.


Decore com cheiro verde e sirva com torradas 

Garnish with parsley and serve with toast
