- Onion1 to taste
- Parsley1 to taste

- Black pepper1 to taste
- Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil and cover.
- Take the okra chop and reserve it in a bowl with water and lemon. (obs the lemon takes the nanny out of the okra.)
- Let the meat fry then add the onion and parsley. R mix well to mix the seasoning
- Finally, drain the water from the okra and add it to the pan and meicha. Add water and cover and let it boil for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and it will be ready to serve.
