- Fresh ground beef (duckling passed once in the machine)250 g
- Salt5 g
- Black pepper5 g
- Chopped Onion50 g
- Minced garlic30 g
- Natural beef broth (recipe in Chico Bento's book)100 ml
- Fresh okra, cut into slices250 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil30 ml
- Salt3 g
- Type 1 Agulinha Rice250 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil30 ml
- Chopped Onion100 g
- Minced garlic30 g
- Salt5 g
- Hot water500 ml
- Pink beans250 g
- Minced garlic30 g
- Salt5 g
- Bay leaves2 unit(s)
- Water1 l
- Heat the skillet.
- Add the oil and the meat seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown well.
- Then put the onion, garlic, beef broth and let it cook for 2 minutes. Reserve.
- Okra: heat the skillet, throw the oil and sauté the okra for a minute and a half. Reserve.
- Rice: in an iron pan, place the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the rice and salt and sauté for another 1 minute.
- Add the hot water and cook with the lid half open until dry.
- Turn off the heat, cover the pan completely and set aside.
- Beans: In a pressure cooker, sauté the bacon in olive oil until crispy.
- Add the onion, garlic and salt and sauté for another 1 minute.
- Add the beans, bay leaves and water.
- Cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for 20 minutes after it gets pressure.
- Open and book.
- Finishing: in a frying pan, add the meat, the sautéed okra. Serve with the accompaniments: rice, beans and fried egg.
