- In the electric pressure cooker we will assemble the ingredients. At the bottom, cover the base with sweet potato, 2 cm cubes
- Put the meat in cubes too. I had fillets so I rolled it up before covering the potato.
- Then come the tomatoes, onion, garlic and mushrooms. All finely chopped.
- Cook for 20 minutes. I seasoned it later. Co. Salt, pepper and paprika.
- I added 1 cup of cooking water to form the broth. But it can be done without adding water
