- Oil2 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Chimichurri1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Fillet Duckling300 g
- Dried pumpkin150 g
- Italian Zucchini1/2 unit(s)
- Chop the onion into cubes, the garlic and heat with the oil until golden. Then add the filleted duckling, letting it cook completely. Add salt, black pepper and chimichurri to taste. Cover the pan and wait for it to cook completely.
- Remove the pumpkin skin and cut into cubes, after adding the meat together and leaving it on low heat.
- Cut the zucchini into cubes and add to the pan, along with the meat and pumpkin. Add water until it covers the ingredients.
- Let it cook for about 15 minutes or until the water almost dries up. and it's ready Now just enjoy
