- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- paprika1 teaspoon
- Chimichurri1 teaspoon
- Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
- Scented Pepper1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Hot water400 ml
- Sweet Potato to taste
- I cut a piece of palette, and cut it into large cubes, seasoned it with garlic, salt, paprika and chimichurri. I let it marinate for 1 hour.
- In the pressure cooker I put a little fat that I fried yesterday's meat and sautéed the meat well in it.
- I added a little more salt, pepper, onion and tomato.
- I gave it another good stir-fry, added the tomato sauce, and the hot water.
- So it took pressure and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- I took the pressure off and added the sweet potatoes, cooked without the pressure for just 2 minutes. It was wonderful đ
