- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Salt to taste
- Breadcrumbs1.1/2 cup
- Ready-made tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Until you get a homogeneous and consistent mixture.
- Make the balls and set them aside.
- Put the oil to heat in a skillet or pot enough to cover the balls.
- Fry the balls.
- Make a sauté with the garlic and onion, add the ready-made sauce and the fried balls. Let it boil and it's ready.
