- 500g ground beef1 tablespoon (soup) of MAGGI® Gril1 egg2 tablespoons of wheat flour1 and half a cup (tea) of tomato sauce1 cup
- In a bowl, mix the meat, MAGGI Grill, egg and wheat flour until a homogeneous mass is formed. Make the meatballs, molding 2 teaspoons of the meat dough. Place all meatballs in a refractory container and microwave for 6 minutes on high power. Add the tomato sauce, cover with a microwave-safe lid and microwave for another 1 minute. Serve next.
