Em um recipiente, misture a carne, o MAGGI Gril, o ovo e a farinha de trigo até formar uma massa homogênea.

Faça as almôndegas, moldando 2 colheres (chá) da massa de carne.

Coloque todas as almôndegas em um recipiente refratário e leve ao micro-ondas por 6 minutos, em potência alta.

Junte o molho de tomate, cubra com uma tampa própria para micro-ondas e leve ao micro-ondas por mais 1 minuto. Sirva a seguir.

In a bowl, mix the meat, MAGGI Grill, egg and wheat flour until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Make the meatballs, molding 2 teaspoons of the meat dough.

Place all meatballs in a refractory container and microwave for 6 minutes on high power.

Add the tomato sauce, cover with a microwave-safe lid and microwave for another 1 minute. Serve next.
